President Paudel Performs Puja at Key Shrines During Bada Dashain Festival

Kathmandu: President Ram Chandra Paudel visited several major shrines across the Kathmandu Valley today to perform religious rituals as part of the ongoing 10-day Bada Dashain festival. The President, accompanied by First Lady Sabita Paudel, conducted puja and received tika and prasad at various temples.

According to the President's Secretariat, the shrines visited include Naxal Bhagawati, Guheshwori, Maitidevi, Kalikasthan, Bhadrakali, Naradevi, Raktakali, Indrayani, and Shova Bhagawati.

Bada Dashain, one of Nepal's most significant festivals, is dedicated to the worship of Goddess Durga in her various forms. Thousands of devotees have been visiting Durga temples to mark the festival, with rituals and prayers taking place throughout the day.
